Hello, I have a weird issue with one of my customers. We have migrated the customer to V15.5 linux a fair while ago and they have experienced this issue twice. The custom has 4 phones connected to an SBC which connects to the server (cloud hosted). When the customer arrived at work he noticed that his phones were not registered, he also couldn't register his extension on his mobile phone either. I saw on the server the the "3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP/RTP Tunneling Proxy" was stopped. I looked through the logs and it looked like the VM restarted itself incorrectly as i could see the system extensions registering however none of the user extensions registered as the tunnel didn't start. I had to manually start the tunnel service. I do no have any auto reboot command configured on the VM or on the PBX. We have a lot of other customers on V15.5 linux with pretty much the exact setup and we haven't had this issue with them. Has anyone seen this before?
