Solved 3CX v15 and Polycom IP 550

    We are running 3CX v15 and have several Polycom IP 550's. They phones provision fine but we cannot call out. We get a busy signal when trying to call other extensions or voicemail. Inbound calls work fine. The phones are running firmware 4.1.0.84959.

    Hello @Wolfraider

    Are these phones provisioned as local extensions to the PBX using the default templates? Are the phones and the PBX in the same network ?
    Have you tried enabling PBX delivers audio under extension settings and see if that makes a difference?

    Have you looked at the dial plan on the polycom 550?

    Local extensions with the default template
    same network
    I checked the PBX delivers audio and no difference

    Digit Map is empty on the phone

    I'm going to do a wireshark to see if the phone is trying to send any packets out when trying to call

    Tried a different phone and it worked fine. Looks like for some reason I have a dead phone.

    format Polycomes file systen (not just reset) and boot it up with DHCP option 66, it will reload the sip firmware and provision. does this solves the issue???
