Theoretically yes but its a complex client so quite frankly its best to stick to what we will make?

The old one is still in place, but there is an additional yearly license option. Most software companies are going this route now and a yearly license makes sense.

It is also not sure will new web based client ring in standby? In that case another combined(mobile+desktop) client is needed that would leverage the modern standby

Curious on how SP versions are handled.
Is it like a Tick, Tock (Big/Small) revision schedule or more of a when its ready we go, along with patches that have been addressed?
From the look of things:
- SP 5 looks like it was a fairly large release covering a lot of things tweaked/fixed/added.
- Is the intent for SP 6 to be more of the same or is it targeted as more refinement/more fixes than features?

We are currently on v14 SP3 and looking to move to v15 by May, but some of the information presented as possibly in SP 6 look appealing.
