3CX V15 Sangoma Support

    We are looking to upgrade our 3CX Phone system from v14SP3 to the latest V15. Ahead of us doing this I wanted to confirm and see if anyone is aware of any issues with using a Sangoma PRI A101 T1 Card?

    Hi Luis,

    If you have not already purchased the Sangoma card I would not do this and purchase a "supported" gateway instead. Historically there was a partnership between Sangoma and 3CX but this is no longer:

    Like the above forum link I would personally recommend the Patton boxes, they are most excellent and support auto-configuration from 3CX:

    So Sangoma products work fine. If you already have it configured/working in v14 it will continue to work just fine. They are no longer supported by 3CX but I believe that was more of a business decision than technical. Sangoma has a very good track record with their PRI cards.
