Solved 3CX v15 Softphone Outgoing Call not working

    Hello,

    we are using the latest 3CX V15 Version.
    We are facing since the latest Update (3CX Phone System v15 SP5, Build 15.0.62928.5)
    an issue with the 3CX iPhone & Android Clients.
    We cant make any Calls from an External IP (4G / 3G) Call.
    If i test it from the Corperate Network it works fine.

    Anyone an Idea?

    Have you configured your firewall properly?
    • Port 5090 (inbound, UDP and TCP) for the 3CX tunnel
    • Port 443 (inbound, TCP) HTTPS for Presence and Provisioning
      (Unless you have chosen custom ports).
    • Port 443 (outbound, TCP) for Google Android Push:
    • Port 2195, 2196 (outbound, TCP) for Apple iOS Push

    Hello the Ports are correct and also checked with the firewall tester.
    No Problems with the Ports.

    Hello there,

    When you open the app outside the network does the app register? Are you able to see presence?
    Is tunnel enabled under the extension settings? Try sending a new welcome email to the users and see if that works for you. Also make sure that under extension settings / options the option Block remote tunnel connections is not enabled

    Hello,

    the app register works without any problems also i can see the presence but i cant make any call at all.
    If i try to call anyone i recieve diretcly: "forbidden" and thats it.

    Also the Extension is looking good.

    I also tried a reprovisioning no chance at all.
    Also the Windows Client cant make any Calls from External since the latest Update. :( :(

    Hi Hitcher99,

    Did you check on your Server Activity Log?
    Also please make sure that the Local SIP domain is the same with your FQDN and please let us know.
    Settings =>Network =>FQDN

    Hi Hitcher99,

    Please change the internal "3cx-pbx.ix-tech.local" to "ixtech.3cx.de", try to make a call as you mentioned above and let us know.

    Now the Calls are working again. Inbound & Outbound :)
