Hi,

I have provisioned a YL T46 successfully. The account is however not registered.

I have set a unique SIP Port 5062 both on 3CX and in the phone. This port (TCP / UDP) is forwarded in the router to the IP of the phone. Als the RTP Ports (UDP 9000-9014) are forwarded.

Username, Auth-ID are "110", Password is correct. Transport protocoll is UDP.

What can be the reason of being not able to register?

I would generally use TLS. Which port hast to be used for it.

Do I understand correctly the each phones have to have unique SIP and RTP Ports, correct?

Thank you very much for your feedback.

Best regards

I.

Hello there,

As a first step please make sure that you can pass the firewall checker.
Have you forwarded the ports correctly on both the PBX site and the remote site?

furthermore are you using a 3CX FQDN ans certificate? If yes make sure you are on firmware 28.80.0.130 and try provisioning through RPS.
If not, have you disabled trusted certificates through the phones web interface?

You will find this guide useful on how to configure TLS.
