Hello,
Not a crisis and most likely I'm doing something wrong.
I upgraded to V9 and in the extensions management, exceptions tab I added a phone number/cid and set it to end call. The call rang through to the extension.
Here is the log data. Yes, I changed the number in the log data... I was using my cell phone.
09:37:56.648 [CM505001]: Ext.10: Device info: Device Identified: [Man: Linksys;Mod: SPA Series;Rev: General] Capabilities:[reinvite, no-replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [Linksys/SPA3102-5.1.10(GW)] PBX contact: [sip:[email protected]:5060]
09:37:56.648 [CM503002]: Call(5): Alerting sip:[email protected]:5060
09:37:56.586 [CM503025]: Call(5): Calling Ext:Ext.10@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
09:37:56.554 [CM503004]: Call(5): Route 1: Ext:Ext.10@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
09:37:56.554 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>
09:37:56.554 [CM505002]: Gateway:[SPA-3102] Device info: Device Identified: [Man: Linksys;Mod: SPA Series;Rev: General] Capabilities:[reinvite, no-replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [Linksys/SPA3102-5.1.10(GW)] PBX contact: [sip:[email protected]:5060]
09:37:56.523 [CM503001]: Call(5): Incoming call from 0123456789@(Ln.10001@SPA-3102) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>
09:37:56.523 [CM503012]: Inbound out-of-office hours rule (unnamed) for 10001 forwards to DN:10
I then deleted the number from the extension's exception tab and logged into the system manager. The call logs show the cid was blacklisted and the call never made it to the extension.
I was hoping to do this at the extension level so my wife could quickly add rules for fake surveys, political calls, etc on the fly without calling me or going into the system manager. But it is not a crisis if she e-mails me.
Was just wondering if anyone had this working at the extension side?
Thanks in advance.
