3cx Version 15.0.0 Voicemail issue

    Hey all,

    I seem to have an issue with 3cx not actually sending anything to voicemail.

    Log below.

    Now Evonne is setup for Voice mail (see attached)

    but when my extension (239) calls evonne i get 2 beeps then nothing. Have uploaded forwarding rules for voicemail as well.

    This is weird as it used to divert to voicemail which is correct...

    Hello @Tony Hughes

    Please check the status of the extension and make sure that the extension is on the correct status so that the forwarding rules apply.
    if the issue still persists then i would recommend upgrading to V15.5 and see if you can replicate your issue there.
