3cx voip client showing incorrect extension line status

    3cx voip client version 7.0.4184.0
    In both headset mode and desk phone mode the client has started to show extensions active that are not active and that have never been active. The status is current on the main web management web page.

    Is there any way to get diagnostics out of the client that would help show why this is happening?

    The VoIP Client has no real logging mechanisms which can help. However we are constantly improving the presence monitoring feature and we are planning to release a new "Operator Panel" which will incorporate several improvements not only in accuracy but also in featureset, complete with drag-and-drop for hold, resume, park, retrieve, transfer, and so on.

    We expect this to be available over the coming weeks.
