    Hello all,
Yesterday I installed 3CX Phone System one of my servers.
I am trying to connect a TANDBERG MXP 1000 with a remote extension.
Obviously, the remote extension connects easily to the system (by remote location)and I can make and receives calls from another 3CXPhone through the 3CX Tunnel (no VPN).
If I call the tandberg (by 3cx voip Phone) within the LAN (or viceversa) everything works, audio and video are perfect.
But if I call TANDBERG (Italy) from remote 3CX Voip phone (PC in London), Tandberg receives the call and I think everything works (unfortunately I do not have a microphone on London's pc) but I cannot see video (ie, no image of tandberg arrives in London).
If you call PC (3CX Voip Phone) from TANDBERG, 3CXPhone stop working, it keep ringing and in the debug window I see the following message: "No suitable video codec provided by remote".
If I want close program I had to stop process from task manager.
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you very much.

P.S.: Sorry for my translation mistakes.
