3CX Voip Phone will connect some users, not others

    Hi All,

    We have an interesting issue.

    3CX is installed throughout our workplace on about 30 machines. We are using PAID version.

    We have "hot desking" so different people will use different machines on different days. Running Microsoft Small Business Server 2008, so user's "profiles" exist on each machine.

    For some reason, on one particular machine, the 3CX Voip Phone will work for some users but not for others. For some users, the phone connects to their extension without any problems whatsoever and they are able to use the phone as normal. For other users, the phone refuses to connect and instead just sits there saying "connecting". It is the same both with and without using the tunnel.

    There is no reasonable or adequate explanation for this, as all user profiles are the same - i.e. access to the same application, same settings etc etc.

    Can anyone advise what this issue would be?

    Witch version are you using?
    There is a debug window in V3 and V4.
    May here you find your answer?

    See if the process is still running and kill it, then try to launch the VoIP phone again.
