3cx Web based Call Reporting

    Hey guys,

    I am trying to pull a report using the online call reporter and after a few seconds the report is gathered but when I try to save it loads / saves for a while and then give me the following error:

    Any idea what the problem could be?

    This is one of those that most likely requires 3CX support to assist. You might try and unload Adobe Reader and then reinstall using the latest versions just to be certain that nothing is corrupt and all up to date. I just tried on my system and the export worked fine.
