3CX web reports not showing complete call flow

    Hi guys

    Looking through the 3CX web report call stats, I often find that calls to our ring groups (801 and 802) are listed as answered but it does not state who answered the call. Two such examples are in the screenshot below.



    What would be the reason for the ID not showing?
