My 3cx(3cx 12.5) machine had a hiccup a couple of days ago. After this happened it stopped performing the calculations for the 3cx web reports. Reports such as Detailed Queue Statistics and so on show 0 for all values. The data is all there because I can go into the server information as well as the Web Reports Call Logs and see the data. All the Call Center Statistics Reports show 0's. I have since reset the machine and everything is working now. Is there a way to get this missing data to show?
