Background: 3CX can integrate with CRM using built-in server-side integrations. 3CX WebClient shows CRM button which links to CRM contact during ringing and call. CRM button is also avaliable on Contacts section. Problem: 3CX WebClient users cannot jump to CRM Contact while navigating through Call History. Idea: 3CX WebClient Call History includes button CRM which links to CRM contact.
