    Hi,

    Can you please confirm whether the Webmeeting API documentation which is provided at https://www.3cx.com/docs/webmeeting-manual/interface-via-api/ is the correct documentation to use with the hosted version of 3CX Webmeeting which is bundled with 3CX Phone System versions 15 and 15.5?

    The reason I was is that we always get the response {"result":false,"error":"Wrong email or password."} when trying to call the CreateMasterKey method.

    The url we are calling is of the following syntax:

    https://3cxdestiny.3cx.net/manager.php?method=CreateMasterKey&login=username@destiny.com.au&password=password&startdate=20170731100000&username=username&userid=username@destiny.com.au&duration=5&title=test

    Which when listed as per the example in the documentation becomes

    https://3cxdestiny.3cx.net/manager.php?
    method=CreateMasterKey&
    login=username@destiny.com.au&
    password=password&
    startdate=20170731100000&
    username=username&
    userid=username@destiny.com.au&
    duration=5&
    title=test

    We've been using 3cxdestiny.3cx.net as that is the server name as that is the 3CX name linked to our 3CX instance. We've also tried 3cx.destiny.com.au which is the url of the 3CX Phone System and as003-syd.3cx.net which is the Sydney server we use by default when creating a web meeting via 3CX Phone for Windows.

    We are using username@destiny.com.au as the login where username@destiny.com.au matches an e-mail addresses assigned to an extension in the 3CX Management console. We've also tried the ID assigned to the extension in the 3CX Management console under Authentication.

    We've tried both the password assigned to the respective extension in the 3CX Management console under Authentication and Web Authentication as the password.

    We've set the startdate to 20170731100000

    We've set username to the friendly name assigned to the respective extension in the 3CX Management console under Click to Call / Click to Meet.

    We've set userid to match the what we've as the value for login

    We've set duration to 5

    We've set title to test

    I would appreciate if you could give us some guidance as to what we are missing or doing wrong.

    Les

    Hey,

    no, this API was for the stand alone product. The bundled (or also called integrated) webmeeting does not have any API calls as the portal is locked for any access. It is also not planed to add such APIs via the PBX to the WebMeeting.
