3CX Windows Client

    I have ran into this for a second time now and do not have a solution. I have two end users who require the 3CX Windows Client on their PCs. When I push out the welcome email to them with the attachment to download the Windows Client, it does not allow the attachment to be ran to configure the windows client. Why is that? Is there an application missing from these end users' pcs?

    perhaps save the file to desktop, then drag it into the 3cx app.

    Hi Brett Lutz,

    As per craigreilly's suggestion try to drag n drop the configuration file to the 3CX client. This should do the job.
