3cx Windows IP Softphone - CTI Error

    Hi,

    I have a 3cx voip softphone that shows as avaiable on the phone but not on the PBX, it has an error saying no CTI phone connected, see attached screenshot.

    The ext is not configured to use CTI.

    Hi,
    To use CTI functionality you need to activate your PBX.
    You can switch to SIP if you want to place calls.
