3cx Windows softphone drops calls

    I have been noticing that this happens after about 20 mins and then when reconnected after a few mins. Using a desk phone does not have this issue. I looked into the logs on the 3cx server and there is nothing at the time the calls are dropped. Is there a patch for this?

    This is the first I can recall hearing about this issue. Can you duplicate this on another PC. What about when this, or another PC is used on a different network?

    For a patch to even be considered (for any software), you would have to show that this issue is happening to all users and is not related to something else on the PC, or a network/server/provider issue.

    You are not providing any information about how you are using the software.
