3cx_licence level changes

    If the license level of the 3CX PhoneSystem is changed, will this change a user's capability to answer Queue Calls?

    HI,

    The 3cx free edition does not allow use of queues, if that is your question, please be more specific if it is not.

    Assuming that you are already using a commercial version of 3CX Phone System, providing you are doing an upgrade on the licence then you won’t lose any call features on 3CX.
    If however you downgrade to a Free Edition, then any features not covered by this edition will not be available.
