Solved 3cxcloud pbx version and yealink T46G

    hi all,
    I'm testing the new feature from 3cx by installing the new 3cx cloud version for free to OVH server. I did not buy any licence for the moment
    All is working lovely, but when i'm trying to connect a yealink T46G, the provisionning has works, i have the 3cx phonebook and 3cx screensaver. However a "no service" message is display on the left top corner of the phone.
    No firewall, and tested on different provider access remain to the same.
    Any Idea?
    Free Edition don't permit physical terminal?

    Hello @Alex74200

    Assuming that you have provisioned the phone using STUN please edit your extension and navigate to the "Options" tab. Make sure that the option "Disallow use of extension outside the Lan" is not enabled.
