hi, I encountered an error message below (in red font) after download via 3cx website and installing the 3cxPhoneSystem v12 SP3 (demo key) and 3cxHotelModule for v12 on WINDOWS7. Installation went well (used/tried same password for both , also made different password for each but still w/ same error) , after installing and tried to login using 3cxHotelModule for v12 web-access I got the error message below.

I appreciate advise/idea/procedure how to resolve this?

- install 3cx hotel module, define login/admin credentials during installation

- encounter a login error (an exeption occured LoginForm Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object)

- uninstall/reinstall (restart PC) 3cx hotel module and 3cx phone system12 (also tried installing v11 , still with same error)

Hi 3cx Team,
Do you have any idea how to resolve this login error? Is this a BUG or compatibility issue?

Thanks in advance

Re: 3cxHotel Module: login error (partially solved)

...I think there's a program language error (DotNet and/or Visual C++) or corrupted registry on the Desktop PC I used when I installed 3cx Hotel Module.

**Login error: an exeption occured LoginForm Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Workaround: 1st I installed 3cx Phone System and next the Hotel Module on a newly formatted laptop with WINDOWS7 OS and 3cx Hotel Module worked properly.
