3CXLogViewer Issue opening backup log file

    Good morning to all,

    I have a problem with 3CX Log Viewer.

    I Configured 3CX to keep 7 days of backup in the Troubleshooting menu.

    When i restart the 3cx services all logs are cleared and 3cx put the backup log file into C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs\Backup

    I'm not able to open the 3cx log file with the 3cxLogiewer. It says "You don't have permission to open this file".

    Is there any method to open this file?

    Hi there,
    You might be running into a permission issue due to the files location, have a try launching the bin log viewer as Administrator.

    You may want to also first try copying the files out of that folder into a different temp directory, then using the bin log viewer to it from there.
