Hi, We have implemented a Custom Call Handler for Dynamics CRM that opens up Phone Call Activity upon "connected" state and attaches call recording to CRM record upon "Ended" state. All works great for direct calls, however, there is an issue with Blind Transfer and Attended Transfers. The CallID in the filename of the call recording does not match the CallID received by API This appears to be a bug. Currently using 3CX Server v12.5. I have environment setup to replicate this issue. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
