A couple of our users recently upgraded to 3CXPhone v4.0.10858 and immediately they could not place outgoing calls. They would get "Prohibited" messages. We discovered that changing the PBX address from a FQDN (e.g. "sip.mydomain.local") to the IP address (e.g. 10.1.10.22) got the soft phone working again. This is a real pain since we have a convenience CNAME set up for our remote users (e.g. sip.mydomain.com) so that they are insulated from infrastructure changes we might make at our central office. v4.0.9878 did not experience this problem... a FQDN for the PBX address worked just fine. Can anyone else confirm?
