Please note that 3CXPhone for Android is provided FREE of charge "as is". We do not provide technical support via the forums nor via e-mail. However 3CX Phone System users with valid support contracts are able to get support for 3CXPhone for Android from 3CX via the usual channels. Users or companies who do not use 3CX Phone System will have to depend on the support of other users on this forum or contact their VoIP provider. Since most issues relate to the network you are on and/or the VoIP provider you are using, we suggest that if you experience issues you try on another network and with another VoIP provider or contact your provider for technical support. As you are technically "their customer" they should be ready to help you configure 3CXPhone for Android. You can also take the opportunity to inform them that they should make a configuration guide for 3CXPhone for Android and consider supporting the auto provisioning feature in 3CXPhone for Android.
