3CXPhone for IOS Not Accepting Calls

    Issue: Call comes in on iPhone, when user answers call the call says "Call Declined" and the call drops.

    Details:
    - This problem is intermittent
    - Affecting one user
    - WiFi and Cellular

    Have Tried:
    - Re-provisioning the client
    - Fully removed and reinstalled the app.

    Phone Model: iPhone
    Generation: 5S
    Firmware Version: 11.0.3
    Jailbreak: NO
    Cydia Installed: NO

    Issue Info
    -------------------------------------------------------
    Handset: Phone
    Contacts: Local
    Connection: WiFi | Cellular
    Server: Internal (15.5.5)

    Hi David
    Do you know, the client version used is the released (15.2.7) or beta (15.2.8) one?
    I'm interested to know because we made some SIP updates/fixes in the beta when we implemented the IPv6 tunnel.

    Client is using the 15.2.7 version on their phone.

    Hi David, sorry for late answer
    Well, we're just about to release the 15.2.8.282, has been approved by Apple and is ready to launch. Let's see first if the issue still persist in this new release - if not, perfect, if yes, then next week we'll dig on it.

    Hi David
    David, if the issue you described still persist, please have a look and check if that extension is allowed to receive multiple calls - if not, enable it and see if it solves the problem.
