Hi, I upgraded my softphone to the latest version available at http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhoneforMac12.dmg - V1.0.64 (Alpha) We had the same problems before and after as this ticket http://www.3cx.com/forums/troubleshooting-3cxphone-for-mac-mic-problem-40444.html Before : Microphone volume resets to zero on start of every call. So we installed the latest version on OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 and now it cannot connect, using the exact same account settings as previously. It just keeps looping from Connecting, Connecting in office to Not Connected, Connecting out of office Can you advise, or do you have a link to a previous version of the DMG install. My softphone tries to connect to our remote phone server in our main office, and was working well up until this upgrade. The version of the phone system is v 12.0.36097 SP.6 Thanks, Adrian.
