Hi, We used fonality + eyebeam before. People working in a call center used to type a lot and work on multiple monitors so they need to bring the app to front on the main monitor in almost every case. The problem is - when the option in Behavior - Focus is checked - employee can accidentally answer an incoming queue call because he was just typing the text and was not ready to answer. It makes employees confused, happened many times to them and in pair with 3CX phone - pinned to taskbar unable to open by double click [bug] makes usage of 3CX phone for Windows very irritable for them, more and more employees started asking for a hardphone instead just because of this. Can 3CX add function to bring Application to top but remove auto answer by pressing Enter and make it an option? So probably split "Focus" checkbox into two?
