Going over the system it appears that the log file '3CXPhoneSystem.log' has no ageing (e.g. individual file for each day) or archiving options, and if you restart the services the log is reset ?. Other than creating a batch file to regularly copy the log file to another location and rename it I see no other way of retaining this log for long periods ?. If there's no way of doing this out of the box then I'll put in a feature request. Thanks.
