3cxWin8Phone doesn't start

    Hello

    Ever since we updated to v15, literally NOTHING works.
    Currently I am nearly in tears trying to set up a laptop for one of our employees.
    Brand new, unused Dell laptop with Windows 8.1 installed. One of the first things I am trying to do is installing the 3cx client. Installation goes fine, and then on the last step we have "launch 3cx client". Unfortunately nothing happens.
    So then I try to run the app from the shortcut on the desktop - nothing happens. Checked processes - nothing there.
    Has anyone got any idea as to what is going on, please?

    Thanks for your reply. I was being thick and panicked. Since it was a clean and new Windows 8.1, it had 293 missing updates. Took all night to download/install them and it's all working fine now.
