403 error

    Hi Guys i am new to 3cx just configure my box .. i can get incoming call fine but when i try to dial an outboud call i get a busy tone.. ANy ideas what i am doing wrong??

    error

    @sip.broadvoice.com has failed; Cause: 403 Forbidden; from IP:147.135.20.221:5060

    did you ever sort this, i have the same problem but with different provider

    Have you created outbound rule(s) for this provider (assuming you are registered successfully to the provider).
    Run the firewall checker as well.

    it would be extermely helpful if you can post a log of an out going call. you will need outbound rules in order to make and route calls properly.
