404 Not Found error on outbound call attempt

    I've recently downloaded the Free Edition (for evaluation purposes) on a 32-bit Windows 7 64-bit OS and have deployed 1 SIP Trunk with 2 Channels. Inbound calls arrive with no problem but I receive a "404 Not Found" error when I attempt outbound calls. Have checked with the SIP Trunk provider and everything seems okay from their end when they trace an attempted outbound call.

    Any suggestions?

    It would probably help if you reviewed the 3CX log of the failed call. If nothing explains the failure, then post the log here. You can X out part of any public IP that is listed, for security.

    do you have proper outbound rule for dialed number?
