5-7 secs silence before IVR kicks in, any ideas?

    Hi, on my main incoming extension I have set an IVR to kick in after 28 secs if not answered (both for external and internal calls). However, I note that after the 28 secs period is up, it takes 5-7 secs of silence before the IVR kicks in (I have made sure there is no silence period before the voice prompt that starts the IVR). Any ideas of why this 5-7 secs of silence? Thanks.

    Look over the 3CX log for one of the calls, it should show what is going on in the timeline of the call..
