5 lines and only one of them gets to voicemail

    We have five lines which are all registered. One of them gets to voicemail after the 20secs we specified. The other four after 20sec get a prompt that says voicemail has not been established. All the pstn lines are pointed to the operator at extension 221. Thanks again for your help.

    I'm not certain as to how this information relates to your issue.


    I'm assuming that voicemail is enabled, in the options, on all of the extensions. What does that 3CX log show when calling one of the extensions (from another extension) where voicemail is not working?

    We do have VM enabled on all extensions. I will attach the log later today.
