503 Service Unavailable - Please Help mE!

    I really need some help guys! I am using 1 number registered at VoicePulse (Toll Free Number).

    -------
    Windows 7
    GrandStream GXP-2000
    3CX 9.0
    Linksys WRT-54G
    -------
    Grandstream Phone Test - 999 works great
    Softphone Test - 999 works great
    -------
    Extension Status - GREEN
    Ports/Trunks Status - GREEN
    Grandstream shows up active.

    I can not make an out going call or receive a call.

    Your log shows this
    You are not registered with the VOIP Provider. Are you registered? Do you have an outgoing account with them?

    Thank You for the reply abc123,

    I just fixed the problem.

    My Fix:

    VoicePulse requires 11 digits (USA) 1+area+number - In the 3cx Outbound Rules i was stripping 1 digit off the number.

    Just made my first call today!!
