503 Service Unavailable

    Hello
    I'm trying to install the system and i can make calls between the extensions but not outside
    I have the Grandstream 4104 and i followed everything in manual but when i'm calling i take this error

    192.168.1.233 is the Phone
    192.168.1.2 is the server
    192.168.1.160 is the Grandstream
    203 is the extension

    Hi,

    This usually would indicate that the grandstream line is not plugged or is malfunctioning, please test this by connecting an analog phone to the line and make a call. If this works then.

    1, Ensure grandstream is running the latest supproted firmware.
    2. Factory reset the phone and set it up using the Config guide.
