How would one integrate the below in 3CX. This is a service where by when a user dials and 8XX number, the call will get routed as below. When I attempt an outbound route, a password is required. Has anyone done this?

http://www.sip-happens.com/tollfree/
Asterisk config example:

[toll-free]
exten => _1888NXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@tollfree.sip-happens.com)
exten => _1877NXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@tollfree.sip-happens.com)
exten => _1866NXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@tollfree.sip-happens.com)
exten => _1800NXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@tollfree.sip-happens.com)

Not sure about the password part, or at what point it has to be entered.
You would create a new trunk group as if it were going to a VoIP provider, in this case it would not require registration as it is used for outbound calls only.
You would then create one or more outbound rules depending on how you do call routing currently.
An example might be 91800 12 digits long, remove 1 digit (the 9), prepend none, send out on the new trunk group you created.

Thanks, that worked. By entering 0 for auth (read from MS connection), the call goes out correctly. Had to fiddle with the outbound headers, but not a big deal.

Thanks again.
