Hello,
When upgrading to 3CX V15 with Yealink Firmware 29.81.0.60 911 calls no longer function when default SIP port of 5060 is not being used on 3CX. For example-- Our 3CX SIP port is 13060, when watching the call hit the phone system it tries to hit 911@5060 rather than 911@13060 returning an error to all users.
This only happens on Yealink Firmware 29.81.0.60, we have now downgrade all 100 phones to version 29.80.0.130 to correct the problem. In addition, we tried to setup the new Yealink Emergency Dial plans but was unsuccessful in getting the phones to use the correct port. Regular calls are just fine.
Our management isn't happy this slipped by Yealink, 3CX and my team so please help! A real 911 could not be placed! We use 311 to test and that works just fine.
Thank you,
Eric
