    Hello
I installed a 3CXphone (Extension 100) in a Windows 7 PC and I can recieve calls, make calls to other extensions, but I can not make calls to the operator Extension 101 working with a Yealink T21, the telephone do not rings and after the call is connected to the voice mail. This do not happens with other extensions. I check the 3CX systems and this was the result:

Re: A 3CXphone that can not make internal calls to one exten

Do calls to the operator extension, from any other Yealink T21 work correctly? Have you tried changing the extension number of the originating set to something other than 100?

You don't have 3CX set to use extension 100 (originally) as the operator extension, in some of the settings do you?
