We're currently using 3cx 11 with Yealink phones. A couple of issues have come up recently that I would appreciate help with: 1. One of our users has his phone (Yealink T22) in headset mode permanently. When a page to all extensions is done, the page audio goes through his headset. Is there a way to force the audio through his phone speaker so that he can hear it when he doesn't have his headset on? 2. Another of our users is using the 3cx softphone for Windows v6. When a page to all extensions is done, it will interrupt any existing call that he is on, dropping that call. Is there a way to allow him to stay on the existing call and drop the page? Thanks.
