A question re patches, upgrades, and support.

    Does the purchase price of Small Business, Professional, and Enterprise Edition include the first 12 months of support, updates, and upgrades? Or do you have to purchase this all seperately?

    The reason I ask is that there appears to be alot of new features in the works and with so many new features on the horizon such as call queing, etc. I would hate for clients to make a purchase that would only be outdated in a couple months.

    I'm under the impression that they would need to purchase the upgrade insurance. But being beta software still (it still is in beta right?) I feel they should have free upgrades up to the released version and any bug fixes within that version.

    I don't think it is still BETA, at least not the SBE version.

    Under Company Announcements it's listed as BETA.

    Updates - Should be free. Why? Bugs fixed need to pay? If yes. I'm not agreeing.
