    Hi,

we are having problem with Aastra models 4422 IP, Dialog 4425, incoming calls work, but when we call there is always "busy" error, we have captured traffic on 3CX and there is "Proxy authentication required" in SIP messages from 3CX server, phone extension is registered without a problem, this is output from capture:

Can you provide the scenario with a little more detail? Where does the Ericsson fit in? I do not see what I might normally interpret as an outside call. Looks like an extension to extension call but from an internal network ip range using the system on a different internal ip.

    1. This phone is designed for MX-One PBX.
    2. Other Aastra phones (which are not designed for specific use) don't have this problem

I know this is phone designed for MX-One (i know it is not fully SIP compatible).

But we have a potential client who has an erricson PBX and want to transition to 3CX.

The problem is he cant afford new phones and he wants to make use of current IP phones if possible.

Yes,this is normal from extension to extension call ( i havent tried calling over SIP trunk).

Basiclly we are tring to enable basic interoperability between AAstra IP phone and 3CX.

Is there any way we can disable proxy autorization on 3CX for this phones (maybe manually through editing 3CX scripts... )

    Thank you in advance.
