Abandoned Queue Calls grouping

    Hi to all

    We have situation with Abandoned Queue Calls grouping.
    The same number is shown multiple time for each missed call.
    When the agent mark one number with tag dealt , this state is not applied to other same
    numbers in the list.

    We have end customer which has multiple incoming calls through IVR on their site , and that
    bug is causing many problems to agents that are involved in handling missed calls.

    Is there some kind of workaround for this problem?

    We are running on latest version of pbx and client side
