Ability to block outbound calls when not logged into a queue

    Good morning,

    We have a call centre client who utilises the queue in/out status to account for their staff's time.

    Is it possible to incorporate a feature that allows us to identify who isn't logged into the queue (by blocking the ability to make external calls if they are NOT logged into the queue).
