We have multiple instances running for all our clients and they use the same from e-mail address. We have the backup e-mail notifications sent to our alert ticketing system but there is no way to determine what instance the notification is coming from. Would like to ability to modify the backup notification e-mail template so we can add information to the subject line that can be parsed by our ticketing system to automatically assign to a particular client.

Some of our customers do the same thing and needs the ability to separate email notifications to different addresses.

Same request. Multiple instances going to the same mailbox makes it impossible to discern which system sent it.

Following up on this. In 15.5 SP1, the backup emails now have the FQDN of the host in the "backup successful" alert. I have not had any failures since the update but I would assume the FQDN of the host will be in all of the status alert emails.
