Ability to configure "Auto change status when idle" for users from Admin Console

    I have to forward a lot of calls to colleagues that I can't see from my desk, and so I rely on their presence information.

    If users configure their "Auto change status when idle" to 1 or 2 minutes then you can see if they are away from their desk, but most people don't have this setting enabled and so they appear available at all times. This frustrates customers who get put through to voicemail, rather than being forwarded to someone else in the relevant team who can assist them.

    It would be GREAT to be able to push out this setting for all users from the admin console, rather than having to configure from within the soft-phone application for each individual user (tricky in a small organisation like mine with 100 users, but imagine having to rely on this setting when you have 2000+).
