Hi. I have recently been working on a ticket with your Support guys as we have an issue where some calls are being billed as £0.00 as by default your call billing rounds down opposed to up. For example if we charge the customer £0.05 per minute, if they make a call for 3 seconds as the total amount that call costs is less then £0.005 then the figure is rounded down so the call cost shows as £0.00. It would make sense for this figure to be rounded up (or have the option to set this to round up) so the customer is billed something for the call as we as the supplier are billed this cost by our SIP trunk providers.
