    We often have a number of tickets open at the same time - some of which have higher priority than others. It would be helpful to be able to communicate this priority to 3CX support by allowing us to set the priority (which is already in the system). We often have a situation where tickets that are less urgent are responded to before tickets which are time sensitive, and posting request for update doesn't usually get an faster response.
