I realize many people wanted CallKit to be integrated with the newest 3CXPhone for iOS but I have several clients that actually prefer NOT receiving 3CX calls the same way that normal phone calls come in. Skype for iOS has an option to toggle CallKit integration, I need this sort of toggle implemented in 3CXPhone as well.

Maybe a way to quickly/easily way to disable 'Push' from the app? Our biggest feedback from the new app is the limited/no caller ID making it difficult to determine the caller or type of call (queue, group, direct) and the fact that all 3CX calls now show in the iPhone Recent Call section. Most people surveyed have asked for a separation of work and personal. Only cell calls in the iPhone Recent Call section and all 3CX calls logged in the 3CX app Recent Calls section.

The limited/no caller ID is a contributing factor, but mostly the fact that all 3CX calls now show in the iPhone Recent Call section is the main reason why I have had several clients request the ability to toggle the CallKit integration on and off. Most clients love the new feature, but only occasionally, and would like the ability to toggle it. Some clients despise the new feature and want the ability to turn it off. We have had several clients request the app be completely removed from their phone as there is no way to "go back" to the old version and no way to "turn off" the new CallKit integration feature. Having the ability to choose to receive a notification that an incoming call is occurring or to receive a full-screen incoming call that takes over other apps would be preferred, and having the ability to toggle CallKit integration would be a very good solution to this issue. According to the Skype app, it is something that can be done.

Also, disabling Push would not in any way solve this issue, as that would only disable incoming calls entirely. Having a way to disable and enable CallKit integration would be the correct solution.

You are correct, however, unselecting the account in the 3CX app also disables incoming calls, outgoing calls, and everything else. Unselecting the account is not the correct solution for this issue. Having the ability to toggle CallKit integration would be the correct solution for this issue.

To the person who voted "No" on the thread poll, can you kindly post why you voted that answer? Why would you not want users or administrators to have a choice in whether or not they receive phone calls via the "normal" method or via a simple notification? If you don't agree with users having the choice, why don't you agree with administrators having the choice to disable CallKit via the 3CX administration interface on an extension-by-extension basis?
